No menus to work through and no forms to fill. Open the app, press Request Anything, and write what you need. Add a time, a place or a photo if it helps. A concierge reads every request, confirms what is possible, and only then sets it in motion.

You ask
In your own words, with any detail that matters. Mark it urgent if it is.
We confirm
Your concierge reviews it, finds the options and tells you honestly what is possible and when. Timings you ask for are wishes we work towards, never promises we make lightly.
You approve
If there is a cost, you receive a clear quote, line by line. Approve, decline, or simply reply to your concierge.
It is handled
Every step appears on your request as it happens, from confirmed to delivered. When it is done, it is done.
Membership
Few members. Complete attention.
Membership is deliberately limited, so that every member is known by name. The fee covers the service itself and your own Obsidian phone. What you ask us to buy or book is quoted to you first, and paid from your balance only when you approve it.
Included with membership
A private phone, ready when you are.
Every new member receives a Google Pixel 10 running Obsidian OS, prepared for them before it arrives: Obsidian Concierge, encrypted messaging, private browsing and a Monero wallet for topping up. Nothing to install and nothing to configure.
- Silent lock screen. It says there is an update, never what it is.
- No tracking built in. No advertising identifiers and location off at the system level.
- Top up from the phone itself. The wallet is already there.

Requests are welcome from any city and any time zone. What can be arranged locally is confirmed by your concierge before anything is promised.

Discretion is designed in, not promised.

A notification says only that there is an update. The detail waits for you inside the app.
Encrypted where it matters
Addresses, locations and personal preferences are encrypted before they are stored.
Just a username
Joining takes a username and a password. No email, no name, no phone number.
Paid in Monero
Top ups arrive in Monero, to a new address every time. No cards, no banks, and nothing that links one payment to the next.
No logs, no tracking
Our servers keep no record of visits: no internet addresses, no browser details. No analytics and no third party scripts.
Erased when it is done
Thirty days after a request is finished, it is erased: what you asked for, every message, every file.
No paper trail
No receipts, statements or invoices by email or post. Your balance is shown only inside your app.
