Hotels, private villas and residences. Restaurant tables that are not on any booking system, and the room you prefer, remembered.

Watches, jewellery, art, wine and collectibles. Sourced through trusted channels, authenticated, and delivered with care.
Personal shopping
From a forgotten charger to a complete wardrobe for a trip, chosen to your taste and delivered to where you are.
Events
Tickets to the sold out, seats that are hard to come by, and private occasions planned from the first idea to the last guest home.
Experiences
The private viewing, the closed kitchen, the expedition. Things that cannot be bought off a shelf, arranged for you.
Logistics
Moving people, luggage, pets and possessions between homes, countries and time zones, quietly and on schedule.
Deliveries
Couriers and same day delivery, with the driver's details and tracking exactly as the courier gives them to us. Never guessed.

Meeting spaces, interpreters, document handling and the administration that fills a week when nobody else will.

Urgent requests
When it cannot wait.
Mark a request urgent and it goes to your concierge and, at the same moment, to the whole operations team, so it never depends on one person being at their desk. You will see it acknowledged on your request as soon as someone picks it up.
We will always tell you honestly what can be done in the time you have. A time you ask for is something we work towards, not something we pretend to guarantee.
What we will not do
Some limits are the point.
We do not arrange anything unlawful, anything that would put another person at risk, or anything that relies on deceiving someone. We would rather tell you no than arrange something we cannot stand behind, and that is part of why members trust us with everything else.
