You join here, on the website. Everything after that happens in one private app, on the Obsidian phone we send you.
Joining
Four steps to your first request.
Choose a username and a password
That is the whole request. No email, no name, no phone number; a note to our team only if you want to add one. We read every request personally.
Sign in for the answer
There is no email to send it to, so the answer waits in your account. Once you are accepted, add a passkey or an authenticator app for a second layer of protection. If you are not, the account is deleted and nothing of it is kept.
Pay, and receive your phone
Sign in here and pay the annual fee in Monero. Your membership begins the moment it arrives. Give an address and your Obsidian phone leaves by express delivery within 24 hours; the address is erased once it is delivered.
Open the app
Sign in to Obsidian Concierge on your new phone with the same username and password. Your concierge is introduced, and the Request Anything button is yours.
Every request
From a sentence to done.
You ask
Press Request Anything and write what you need. Add when, where, a budget or a photograph if it helps, and mark it urgent if it is. Every request gets a reference, such as OB-2026-000184, that anyone on our team can find in seconds.
Your concierge takes it
You see the moment it is received, reviewed and assigned. If anything is unclear, your concierge asks you directly in the request's own conversation.
We source the options
We find what is possible, check it, and hold it where we can. Timings you ask for are what we aim for; we tell you plainly if something cannot be done in the time.
You approve
Anything with a cost comes to you as a clear quote: the service, delivery, taxes and fees, and the total. Approve and it is paid from your balance; decline; or message your concierge. Nothing is booked until you approve.
It happens
Confirmed, in progress, dispatched, en route, delivered. Each step appears on your request as it happens. Where a courier or driver is involved, you see their details exactly as they give them to us.
Consider it handled
Your request is marked complete. Thirty days later it is erased, with its conversation and files. Your preferences stay, if you want them to, so your concierge still knows how you like things.
Your Obsidian phone
Arrives ready.
Every member receives a Google Pixel 10 running Obsidian OS, prepared before it reaches you: Obsidian Concierge, encrypted messaging, private browsing and a Monero wallet for topping up. No tracking, no advertising identifiers, and nothing sensitive on the lock screen. The member app also works in any modern browser elsewhere.
The service runs on its own separate systems. Using it never weakens the privacy of the phone, and the phone never shares anything with the service that you have not chosen to send.
